2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
- The product must be in its original, unopened, and sealed packaging
- The product must not be damaged due to misuse or improper storage
- You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return due to health and safety regulations regarding dietary supplements.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened or used
- Products with broken seals
- Products that have been damaged after delivery
- Products returned after the 30-day return window
- Products purchased from unauthorized retailers
4. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and reason for the return
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved
- Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method
- Keep your shipping receipt as proof of return
5. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where:
- The product arrived damaged or defective
- The wrong product was shipped
- The return is due to our error
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
6. Refund Process
Prepaid orders and shipping delays (U.S.). If you pay in advance and we cannot ship within the timeframe we stated (or, if no timeframe was stated, within 30 days), we will notify you of the delay and your right to cancel for a full refund, in line with the Federal Trade Commission’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule where it applies. If you do not agree to a revised shipping date we provide, we will refund all charges for the unshipped merchandise.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- The refund amount will include the product price minus any applicable fees
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:

- Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging
- Include your order number and description of the damage
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you
Claims for damaged products must be made within 7 days of delivery.
8. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different quantity or product variation, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
9. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled without penalty if:
- The cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing the order
- The order has not yet been shipped

10. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- First, check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company, as processing times vary
- Contact your bank, as there may be processing delays

11. Promotional Orders
Orders placed with promotional discounts or special offers may be subject to additional terms:
- Refunds for promotional orders will reflect the actual amount paid
- Free gift items received with an order must be returned along with the purchased items

For international orders:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Any customs duties or import taxes paid are non-refundable
